Agents for Holiday access, Irene Hough and Werner Fourie, came to our school today, had a very impressive presentation in which they told us that us that teachers are subsidiced by their company (who subsidies teachers for holidays!?!) If this is especially for teachers why don't they even ask for proof of occupation on the contract?
They gave very attractive information but were aggresive when asked questions. They hand out pre filled in contracts to the teachers and in the blink of an eye they made as many sign as possible by saying that this offer and price will only be for today. i asked Irene if I can talk to my husband and phone her the next day and she replied extremely bitcy: "Phone him now, because if I should do it for you I must do it for every one, if you want it, sign now! " Actually I thank her now for the answer because then I realised something is very wrong. I studied their contract afterwards and did my research on their company: PLEASE BE WARNED: They are fooling many people with half true temptations but many terms and conditions not mentioned.
I feel very sorry for many of my colleages who were manipulated into signing the contract.
