On 27th Juky 2012 I travelled on SAA, on flight SA 357 between JHB and CPT and on 20 Jan 2013 I travelled on Air China between Xian and Beijing. Despite numerous calls, requests including the posting of the boarding passes to Voyager there has been only promises that the miles would be loaded. Each time that the call centre is contacted an apologetic operator promises to contact the mail room or speak to the supervisor and revert to me. This is going on for about a year. All our staff travel regularly on SAA. I am convinced that i have to change my carrier.
