What is wrong with Golden Arrow these days? They cannot keep to a simple schedule anymore. I work and travel to and from Newlands daily and on numerous occasions have stood at the bus stop on Main Road by Newlands swimming pool for over an hour from 5PM to AFTER 6PM waiting for a bus to Cape Town. A lot of the time the busses will then come in a convoy, one after the other. Golden Arrow needs to rethink their scheduling as it seems the current one is useless and negatively impacts on passengers. It is disgusting that passengers that have worked all day still need to wait on the tardy drivers, who also have attitude when you ask them what's going on. There is NO excuse for this type of service or attitude. Catch a wake-up Golden Arrow!!! Its 2013 not 1913!!!
