I am writing today to complain of the Bad service I received from your company on June 21, 2013 From accounts deparment by Tharishini Ayar who does not know how to handle customers in an appropriate manner. My impression of your Company has been tarnished. I trust this is not the way That holiday Access wishes to handle valued customers in such a rude & unethical manner.
