We signed up with them in April, a very long presentation & when it came to doing the paperwork it only took about 5 min! Sign here, sign there was all that was said to us, after 1h15min. Our 1st debit order was due to go off the end of June & they called me 3 weeks ago to say there was a problem, I told them to cancel the deal and refund my R8500 deposit (it took them 2 months of having all our details to pick up the problem). I told Phyllis to refund my money asap as I didnt make them wait 2 months for the deposit. No phone calls, no emails, no nothing and most importantly no refund yet!! How pathetic can one company be, I just wish I had checked this site before signing to see all the complaints
If you want to buy into something like this, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible, terrible service!!! Or should I say total lack of service!!
