Yesterday, my dad who is pensioner, got suckered into signing a contract with Dream Vacations via the marketing company "Refresh" in Durban. The contract was signed at 8pm and at 6.45am the next morning (today), we called Wandiele to cancel the contract and refund the R11, 436 paid. He told us that we must see him the next day and that we will receive our money back, he and Samantha have since passed the buck and have told numerous about the handling of the forms we signed less than 24 hours ago.
I was stunned at what I heard from them. They are such liars that they will PAY for the misleading info, dodges, manipulation and they have told.. There IS a who will see to it.
I sent 3 emails to Vacations Club head office, accounts department and to [Email Removed] as informed by "Jeff Dawes" of Sandton Sales head office - he could not give me a reference number for the call. I am shocked at what this company is doing to so many people including old pensioners. People are dodging our request for our refund.
Members of the public lets collectively place members behind bars. Justice must be served.
