I am still disgusted in Suzuki IPOP Rosettenville. After waiting 3 months for a deposit refund I finally received an e-mail regarding the refund payback - that was almost 2 weeks ago and still no refund.
Unfortunately a buy for a GWM fell through as I had to wait for an insurance pay-out WHICH WAS CONVEYED MORE THAT ONCE TO THEM THAT I CANNOT BUY THE CAR UNTILL I'VE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE PAY OUT AMOUNT. After that I was told that the car was registered - WITHOUT ME SIGNING ANY FINAL PAPERS - they tried to force me to make more debt than I could handle just to clinch the deal - and they dont want to pay my holding deposit back which was given under the pretence that it was only to keep the price from going up should the insurance take too long, never was I told that they will keep it back if the buying of the car should for any reason fall through - now they are still keeping my money back - more than 3 months now... If this complaint does not work to get my money back within 24 hours I will have to explore my other options, I gave them more than reasonable time now as I do not want to drag their name through the mud, but time has run out now...
