I am laying this complaint on behalf of my mother who is a pensioner and who travelled on the city to city bus from JHB to CPT, When she boarded the bus she checked in a total of 6 bags and recieved six stickers indicating this. Upon disembarking in CPT she only recieved 5 bags. She told the driver about this and he apologised profusely and gave a contact number to call so CTC could locate and return her parcel. We have called the call centre several times and at no point have we recieved and favourable response, we keep getting put through to different divisions and at every end they giving us another number to call. Now what is my mother to do about her valuable bag that you CTC staff has lost and no call centre agent can assist in finding. Who do i talk to and who will be replacing my mother's parcel.
Please can you get somebody to respond to this URGENTLY.
