I am a business owner and use your airline often, my partner and I were both on a return trip from Durban to Lanseria yesterday the 17 June 2013 and we booked our two bags in to be told we were over weight? The one bag was 24kg and the other 12kg thus 36kg but had to pay for the bag that was 24kg as it was 4kg over? I wonder how a family must travel using your service. I will defiantly look at other airlines for my domestic travel in future as this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
The only help the staff would offer was to give me a plastic bag to take 4kg's out and carry as hand luggage?
I hope you look into your policy as you will have many more upset customers if this is not rectified.
Will let you know how the state owned airline treats me for domestic travel.
