What a horrible experience. I am an organized person who made arrangements based on my bookings. BA decided to overbook a flight and I had to be fine with taking a flight an hour later which had financial implications on my personal end. The complimentary flight voucher is simply unacceptable because it means flying with them again and to be honest I have my doubts. You have no concern whatsoever about your clients and no words can express the level of disappointment I am feeling. I chose BA trying to avoid the same situation I am in now!!!
