On Tuesday around 8am i was very Rudely treated by the Check In attendant @ Mango King Shaka and what made it worse was the fact that people were around .
I was around /- 15 minutes late to Check In, flight was 08h25, I was at the airport before 8am trying to check in, I was at fault I know but the Airline Check in Attendant didnt give a, she was busy on the phone and giving customers that left their stuff behind their stuff instead of assisting me and when I asked her whats going on(in hand / sign language) she Yells and Says "You late" thats not the way to treat a customer, she acted if she was doing me a favour and not her Job .The person infront of me walked up and asked her whats her problem and whether she had a bad morning? He told her thats not the way you speak to people . He also asked her if she knew the reason I was late or she just didn't care? I then stepped in and told her that this is not a free flight, I have paid in full and I deserve as a customer to be treated like one, she snubbed us and continued . After cheking in, i entered the boarding area, where i wasn't the last person in the que and the plane hadn't started boarding yet .
