Flight BA6413 9:15am. Family got on plane with sick baby (3 months old) seats 22A, B, taking off baby was in such pain with ears there was lots of screaming, when landing the ears of the baby were even worse. As soon as the plane landed and was taxi ing the dad quickly jumped up to get the baby something to calm it down, it was terrible hearing the screams of this poor child and nothing can be done. While the father got up a flight attendant, white male, came over and very aggressively told him to get back to his seat and he was not allowed to be up. Instead of asking the guy to be seated until the flight has ended or asking if he needed assistance, the service this guy demonstrated was in terrible taste and I was very embarrassed to have witnessed such a disgusting act from a service provider when there as a little baby screaming due to sore ears. To make matters worse the seat belt signs were still on and people were getting out of their seats, this attendant did nothing. Well I wasn't alone in my thoughts because as soon as we all got up all the people in the rows from 20 upwards gave that attendant a piece of our mind for treating that family so poorly... DISGUSTING BA!!!
