I was on a flight from DBN - JHB, there was a Chinese couple sitting close to me with a baby. They did not speak english too well.
The air hostess walked down the aisle with her trolley while the lady was standing in the aisle carrying her baby. The attendant very rudely told her to decide where she was going to be standing, in the aisle or at the back of the plane. The air hostess then walked away and when she returned the lady with the baby was still standing slightly in the aisle, the hostess then said to her VERY rudely "you are starting to irritate me now." The lady with the baby then just sat down.
I thought this was terrible behavior, and i wanted to make BA aware of this-if it happened once it will probably happen again. The air hostess was a lady named Mathilda.
