Inconsistent check in and weighing of handluggage. I am traveling weekly on. BA. Executive club number 62338681. This were the first time ever that my handluggage had to be weighed. And because it was over it had to be checked in. In principal I do not have a problem with rules but if applied inconsistent I have a problem. When a boarding pass gets printed on line or from one off the self help stations handluggage doesn't get weighed. So because it was printed at check in counter it gets weighed. So this like victimization.
So what measures do you have in place so that everyone gets treated equally and fairly. No matter where you get your boarding pass printed.
Also because I didn't plan for my handluggage to be checked in it wasn't secured properly so in case of any damage or loss I will keep .ba responsible for it.
