Mango advertised that there will be a sale on 4 June, starting at 9am. The only way to book tickets is through the call centre, 0861001234. I have been calling since 9am with no success, the number does not even ring, and I have called from both my cellphone and landline. I then went onto the Mango airline website to find alternative contact numbers. Again, no response to any of the numbers!!!
This is very pathetic, how can you advertise a sale but customers have no access to booking tickets???
