I've been calling the call centre since 8h50 with regards to their sale day 04 June 2013. The phone sounds engaged and out of order and now I am unable to participate in the sale offer only available via the call centre according to Mango Airlines' website.
This is not the first sale offer Mango has run and past experience would show that the call centre volume at these times are exuberant as it is a national offer. Why are they not geared up to offer the service they advertise?
I am very unhappy and disappointed!
