I think this is very poor service on the path of Mango airlines. You run a special but there is no access to call the contact centre as your special advert clearly states that in order to make bookings, you have to do it through the contact centre. I even sent an email only to get a response at the end of the week. Your response is also very convenient and generic which I am not impressed with and seek a positive outcome
I would also like to know how many tickets were sold at the advertised rates as well as how many seats were available. I have my doubts around this special so if anyone has bought tickets please post a comment on hello peter to validate cause i dont think that this special was intended to run. It was false misleading advertising. Its so convenient that the lines were busy but when try to get through the phones cut off. this happened for 2 days.
Mango CEO- please look into this matter and make ammends and stop sending generic responses to customers, after all, we are your business.
