I received an email at 23:12 on 3 June, 2013, regarding a special for MANGO MADNESS, that would be through the call centre on 0861001234 from 9am to 5pm, and at exactly 09:10 I attempted to contact Mango, several times I might add, throughout the day, even attempted every single number listed on their website, including Head Office, and none of the numbers went through, using different handsets at a time.
This false advertising must just end, because I have never had such problems with British Airways or Kulula. It seems Mango and SAA call centres must just be done away with.
