SERVICE DELIVERY FAILURE, FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I recieved an email this morning from [email protected] stating that Mango Airlines us having a massive sale today, between 09h00 and 17h00.
Thereafter I went online to confirm this and see that in fact this was true, and this special started at 09h00 I sat at my phone from then trying to contact the call centre to book tickets.
I sat at my phone the entire day trying to call though (as they stated that only if we call through we get the discount, on the website) and had been cut off every single time!
the number they said to use is 086 100 1234, and shockingly all the numbers reflected on their website was not working.
As I dial, immediately I get cut off.
What kind of advertising is this???
The website says that we need to call in to get the discount but when I do so, I get cut off.
In my opinion, this is false advertising!
Why advertise and not deliver?
I want my flights at the advertised price to travel to cape town over the long weekend, and considering that this is no fault of mine Mango Airlines needs to fix this up.
I am not willing to pay anything over the sale advertised price..
Please assist with my request as I feel that I have been over!!!
