I booked a flight from Durban to Lanseria on May 14 but when I got there to check in, I was told that the plane was full and would have to fly the following morning.

How on earth do you take my money, over book your flight and then not bother to communicate with me. It was the last flight out and I had to be in Jhb that night. I had to lend a car from a friend and drive through the night because of what you did to me.

Four weeks later I still haven't been refunded my money... continue to take your customers for granted and see how far that gets you.
