I took out a Nedbank Voyager credit card with the understanding that I would receive a companion ticket if a certain spending threshold was breached. I did spend in excess of this amount in the year and have been trying for 6 months to get the ticket.
Both the helpline and requests by email are ignored (no call back or response via email). I once was told that I did qualify, but have had no response since, despite repeated attempts.
Please help!
