Add prices and actual prices NOT THE SAME

On Monday afternoon 27/05/2013 at 16:46 I went to go buy my husband and I our new monthly's,
As advertised in the Metrorail paper (dated: 16-22 May 2013), website and the emails people has been sending around about the increase of our fares. Well we travel from Good wood station to Cape town and we fall under the Monthly price METRO PLUSS - R231 as advertised in the paper. Instead of paying R231pp I paid R237pp I know its a R6.00 difference that's not the issue it's the morals.

On Tuesday afternoon I went to the offices on the station and ask them why I paid R6.00 more than I suppose to, the guy (who I forgot to take his name) said. "well they only got the new new prices that Monday afternoon and the people at the counters that issues out our tickets just goes according the price that automatically updates on their systems." then I asked him but how can they make everyone work their budgets out according the new prices and service isn't even Good, trains are permanently late and trains are in disgusting conditions, now they add and extra few rand's to the already Increase.. not fare man!!!

Anyway not even a Sorry or any sympathy he just said. It is what it is. UNFAIRE&RUDE!!
