Incorrect debits and credits on Account

I have so many isssues with Flexi club, ANd this is just the last straw. I have been contacting the accoutns department since January 2013 to sort out this problem and evertyime i have to hold on and re -explain to the incompentent people in their account departement what the problem is. I made a book for a reservation in October last year. I asked them to deduct the full 2013 Fees (subscription, holiday savings etc) once off on 25 October. Which they did. A certain part of the holiday was a cash booking and i paid this amount as well. I recieved my Guest certificates for my reservation and I still have holiday savings available. In January I recieved a statement that indicated that i still 1600 on my holiday savings account. this after the accoutns department cancelled and rebooked the my holidays and incorrectly booked it 3 times on their system but only cancelled 1 entry. I have explained this 7 times and have spent alot of money on calling them back. and everytim the persons (MOnique, Lucy, LInda) say they understand and that they will put the request throught to have it corrected. its now again end of may and this hasn't been sorted.
