Stewart burned me on the flight

I took the flight from Cape town to Lanseria on the 23rd of May at 06:00.
I order tea (without milk) and the Stewart brought it scalding hot with no tray.
He spilled the tea on my hand and burned me severely. I was in agony, my hand still not healed and hurts now 5 days later.
On the flight they did try to assist and gave me a burn patch.
when I landed I went directly to the kulula counter and they called the paramedics. The paramedics tended to my burn and gave instructions for the next few days.
The manager at the counter said he will report the incident, and someone from head office will contact me shortly.
Well, it has been 5 days and still no word from kulula.
I hope someone reads this post and contact me tomorrow.
