Online City to City leave on Sundays. When i booked at Checkers in Kemptonpark i was told there are no busses for city to city on saturdays. I HAD to book Translux. I got to the station and no bus came for the 9am one. We waited hours and hours without getting any satisfactory reply or explanation. I am 69 years old. I only got home at 4pm instead of 11.30. Eventually we where told the bus was cancelled and we had to fill up city to city busses!!! I. Will never again use this service. Then the bus driver did not want to take me to Mokopane as i was the only one going there he wanted to go straight to Polokwane i showed him my ticket and said you will take me this ticket says pretoria to mokopane. It was the worst experience of my life and totally unacceptable. At least i can be refunded formthis aweful trip. Everyone else on this bus was extremely unhappy.
