Non Payment of bills and empty promises

We have had the Translux busses stopping at our small town service station for a few years. Last year, at the end of February, they changed there payment system from cards to e-fuel and arrived at our service station at 11H30 at night with no working cards or activated e-fuel system and a bus full of people. After a late night phone call from the operations manager, Riefaat Lewis, pleading to please assist the busses and he promised to settle the outstanding fuel account the next day. This was the 1st of March 2012!!!
They called on us again to provide food for their passengers after their vehicle was involved in an accident and wanting to assist the shocked customers, we provided them with 62 meals at a cost of R1400. To date nothing has been paid to us. I've been trying for a year for this company to honour its debt, with nothing other than and empty promises. Big companies believe it is fine to bully small companies and I simply wanted to warn anyone considering doing business with Autopax.
