I booked my ticket to Durban on the 26th April 2013, departing Lanseria on the 5/6/2013 and returning 20/6/2013
However due to unforeseen circumstances regarding a family emergancy I will now be unable to go. However when I contacted the call centre regarding a refund, I was told that my ticket was un-refundable. I am unemployed and R1200 is a lot of money for me. I am very unhappy with the fact that [URL Removed] is very happy to take your money but won't refund it unless I end up in hospital. And even then I was told that refunds take 6 - 8 weeks! Are they kidding? I must say that I am totally disgusted with [URL Removed] I used to travel with them when flying, however this has put me off them.
