Good Morning!
I bought two tickets on the 20 February 2013 to travel to Ghana. I booked the tickets for 1/05/2013. On the 14 March 2013 I called them to cancel my ticket due to unseen circumstances. I was told that the tickets I bought is in the non refundable category. I told them that the consultant that helped me did not inform me about the non refundable policy. When I spoke to the manager about this she said that John told me about the refund policy in which she said that I will receive R1200. She further said she will come back to me about this. Later during the cause of the day Joshua called me informing that I will received R2400 for tax for each ticket I purchased. I did not agree I told them that what I know about the policy is that they should take 10% of the cancellation fee. I cancelled the tickets within a months time. I told Joshua to inform his manager that I will be coming to their offices on Monday which I did. On my arrival the manager was on leave. On the 9th of April 2013 i I called their offices to ask about the refund. She said that I must write an email to her CEO Mr Whittle which I did, He has not replied to my email. Thank You for your help.
