Misplacing book for Toyota & not putting cap back

About three weeks ago i took my Toyota bakkie in for a service @ Toyota Tokai.
Firstly the book was misplaced, where they stamp in for the services
Then i went out of town with my family & the vehicle would not start only to find out that the team at Toyota had not put the battery cap on properly and all the battery fluid had drained out... it cost me R250 to have this sorted out as we were stuck outside of Cape Town. i have been in contact with a woman from Toyota who promised to call me back... Well i am still waiting? I have reported it to the Tokai Toyota, but they were not to bothered in helping me.
