Imperial Toyota, Randburg have taken 5 months to yet supply me with parts for my Hilux 2, 5D-4D SRX Xtra cab model 2011. this company delivery has now been 5 months out of service because Imperial Toyota cannot supply me with the relevant parts to get the vehicle back on the road. The main excuse is that the parts are delayed because of the Tsunami that hit Japan some while ago although this is a production vehicle in the Durban plant. They refuse to pull parts off the production line to get me mobile again. Their arrogance stinks. I was once a loyal Toyota owner (I have owned 2 x Prado's, 2 x Fortuners, 2 x 2, 7 Raiders Legend 35, 1 x Cressida. After all my loyalty, never again will I buy a Toyota after this bad service delivery. Toyota, shame on you, especially after all your bragging since the Dakar Rally!!!
