How refreshing to receive the service you expect!

To whom it may concern,

Three to four weeks ago I made a decision to investigate where I could get the best overall deal in order to purchase a new double cab. Because of the popularity and the price tag of the Hilux I almost overlooked this possibility. I visited Imperial Toyota Bedfordview at least four times before making the decision to purchase a vehicle, and not once did I feel like I overstayed my welcome.

Frans Venter (Sales Manager) and Maybelline van Zyl (Business Manager) gave some very good sound advice. I walked into the dealership thinking I need a 2.5 diesel dc, but ended up buying the 3. litre. Not because Frans is an excellent salesman, but because they were willing to spend the extra time with me ensuring I am making the right choice for me.

After taking delivery of the vehicle there was a minor hiccup with on of the air vents (got damaged by the tracking company installing the tracker). Veli Matjeke (Salesman) was very supportive in resolving the matter and did not hesitate to get the dealer principal involved when it was required. Great after sales service.
