I bought a new Ford Focus 2. in June at Imperial Ford in George. After a while i noticed a "knocking" sound in the right front part of the car, i phoned the sales manager and reported this. As i'm staying in Ceres it was suggested that i bring the car in the next time i go to George, took the car in, the mechanic went along for a drive, had a look underneath and said nothing's wrong and that it might be rubbers or something that is dry. The sound got worse, i phoned again, the car went in again on 2013-10-04, service manager took a drive and confirmed my complaint, also noticed when steering is turned left and right repeatedly there's a knock. Took the car to Ford in Worcester, they had a look and drove with the car, also confirmed complaint, they referred complaint to some technical engineer, who can only come down in December. after many phone calls and non returned messages i started demanding new car, as i have given more than enough opportunity to fix the problem, only now they want to make plans to help and still dont know what the problem is, they wanna have a look, i paid for a new car not used. more details but not enough space to write it.
