Your incompetence - leaves my child stranded

To whom it may concern.

My wife made a booking which was suppose to be for leisure purposes and this has suddenly changed to business purposes. She was going to travel alone but because circumstances changed, she now has to take my 4 year old daughter with. Your website doesnt allow us to make the change and use my Discovery discount and you call centre cannot help as well. I find it absolutely disgusting that you are so narrow minded and cannot make a simple change like add my child onto my booking. Where do you expect my child to stay while the parents are away? cmon man, think... you are not a small airline that you cannot help people, consumers on something as simple as this. If you cant help me, this will be the last time we use this airline and i will publish this as NO SERVICE but HAPPY TO TAKE OUR MONEY... i await your call with reasoning behind this stupid rule, from a manager... olr else off i go to the Consumer Protection Act and my lawyers...
