I booked a ticket for the 11 April 2013 and when the confirmation came through it showed me that the booking was for the 17 April 2013. I immediately called the call center and they were rude and told me that I have to pay a change of ticket fee although this is not my fault. This is daylight as I double checked the date and time before confirming my booking and making payment.
Nondumiso also advised me to do as I please and no further action can be taken against Kulula as this is how they operate. The calls are recorded.
