Continental (Africa) Companion Ticket

I am an SAA Voyager Premium Credit Card holder, in 2013 I was so sure that I had surpassed the R60 000 spend threshold to qualify for a complimentary Continental African Companion Ticket. Up to today (30/01/2014) I still have not received a letter or email from voyager informing me that I have awarded a ticket.

This morning I called the call centre to find out what I had spent in 2013, and it was more than R60 000 and I qualified for a Continental African Companion Ticket on 16/10/2013 which I was not informed of.

My problem is that no where on the SAA Voyager website or credit card statement does it display annual credit card spend which the call centre agent Jabulile said it does, and why does Voyager not inform its clients that they have been received this ticket? Is it a way of the customer?

In 2012 I received a letter which stated that I had passed the threshold and been awarded a Companion ticket. But during 2013 I had received no communication from Voyager.
