"Shift is over"

My son visited me from the UK and bought his tickets from Virgin. On 12 May I took him from Pretoria to OT Airport. He was booked on VS 602..I dropped him off at 18:15.He phoned me from a booth telling me he forgot his Cellphone at home. I knew he was stuck without his phone as ALL his business numbers were on the phone.

While he was checking in, I decided to drive back to Pretoria, get the phone and return it to him, as there was enough time. I expected no problems, as Virgin has a good name when it comes to Client Services. WRONG!!! A pregnant lady who was visibly highly irritated with my situation, treated and scolded me like I was 10 years old. She militaristic-ally explained to me what I must do and must not do.

When I reacted on her rudeness, she accused me of trying to be funny. Funny??? I just dropped my son for at least a year, drove 2 times from Pretoria to OT.I was in no "funny" mood! She barked, that she would see who can help me. All I asked was somebody to take the phone to my son, 500m from us. The answer was expected. Nobody can/would help.5 min. later the counter was dark and locked. Virgin: Never ever again, because of this rude person! I paid R1000 today at Postnet to post.
