Being charged for services not asked for

I am furious. I took yesterday out a policy for R301 per month, today I get a mail charging me an extra R334 per month for additional services I didn't agree on. I gave my number to a Bongi to phone me back, still waiting. Before that I spoke to 2 guys which phoned my husband back instead of me. Funny how they could pick up your cellphone number yesterday, today not??? Not even one day with Virgin Money and I want to cancel!!! PATHETIC!!!
