My partner and myself were supposed to fly out of Johannesburg transferring through London and then arriving at our final destination of Los Angeles by Tuesday afternoon US time. However upon arrival at the Johannesburg airport we arrived to be told that there was engine problems, and had been for the previous two day, however there were no contingency plans that had been put in place. So their solution fly us out Qatar to Doha, Doha to London, London to Los Angeles problem being they did not book the tickets probably as the Doha to London flight left half an hour before we arrived at Doha. We have now been sitting in Doha Airport I am missing my business meeting and Virgin Atlantic are providing us no solutions and have no provide compensation nor a sincere apology. They are now trying to fly us out at midnight and then connect through Dubai to Los Angeles. Virgin I'm sorry you need to learn to treat your customers better and upgrade our trip to Los Angeles and back for this!
