On my return from business trip on Monday evening, 6th May, I attempted to pay for my parking. I eventually found a working self-help terminal on my 3rd try, I paid by card and no receipt was issued; when I pushed button for help, I heard some garbled and unhlepful message from the person manning the "help button"! I was told that when I exit parking, to push help button at boom area and my card would be returned.
This DID NOT HAPPEN! I was also told by the voice on the other side of the "help button" that I was to calm down. I was tired and all I wanted to do wass get home and to have this diembodied voice telling me to calm down pushed me overt the edge. I then exited the parking with no receipt..
I have been tryng to lodge a call with ACSA for the past 3 days; and I have currently been on hold for 20 minutes!!
I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!
