I would like to express my disappointment in your service. I applied for a kulula credit card loan a week ago. I have been emailing and emailing just to know the outcome. No one gets back to me. I should think that even if my application has been declined its only right and professional to get back to someone and let them know that they have been declined. On the 10th of January I email and asked about my application and got an email asking me to give you my id number and I replied with my id number but no one got back to me after that. I then emailed again on 11th January and got no response this time. I feel that I am being ignored with the hope that I will g away, but shame that is not how you treat people, not at all. Buy not answering my emails I feel like you are telling me straight to my face that "F you", you were declined and you are not worthy of an answer. That is rude and very unprofessional. I sent all my emails and application details to [Email Removed]

Even if I wanted to I would not use your company ever or recommend any of my family and friends to use KULULA.
