Metrorail is the pits, to travel on a daily basis from Paarl to Century City is not a joke! Yesterday the train was standing untill 8, without any explanation! i have been on that train since 16h55, I arrived almost 9 o clock in Paarl, worried sick wheter my children is okay and still had to go make food, being a single parent and all! Everyday there are issues on that stupid lane, you would think they learned by now. No alternative was offered, like busses. No wonder you cables and stuff get all the time, you are the most inconsiderate travelling service, ever, even the taxi drivers are better then you guys. You need to start with your calc centre agents, who never know anything when you call. Your service stink and yu don't give a who's life its affecting, urghhh that is how i am with you stupid service!!!
