Unfair penalties

I made an honest mistake by driving to Lanseria instead of OR Tambo. There was no time to drive to OR Tambo and I had to change the flight.

R 1, 116.55 penalty. This is almost the same price of a new ticket.

To make things worse, the plane was only 50% full.

I'm willing to pay for my own mistakes, but this was painfull...
