No contact numbers after hours of from abroad

Over past weekend had to make urgent trip overseas. I am a SAA voyager premium cardholder. Was unable to organize health and travel insurance... numbers given inform you that only office hours apply. No email addresses given and no emergency numbers given.

My question: how do I get travel insurance after hours or in emergency? Please advise.as I had to leave without the insurance and an overseas at present. My contact details are 009279771418 or [Email Removed]
