I'm going on an overseas trip in April and need to get a visa sorted out urgently. I've spoken to 2 consultants about this and they promised to send me the application form for global travel insurance as we already bought are our tickets via FNB creditcard. I did not receive any application form via email, so I left a message online (QP1310292: WEB Call Me Back FNB 8QGHAHDN) and I got mail from stating that they've handed the call over to the global travel insurance department, leaving me back at square one.
Come on, sort out this service. I really like FNB, but this is unacceptable. Just for clarities sake, I checked my spam folder, nothing. And the online email came through, so the issue is not on my side.
