First National Bank
No international numbers

Hi, I have had my internet banking account locked out. I have been referred to the Reset Account Details link on the site, but when I enter all the details and it's supposed to send me an OTP via my email account, which seems right (I can't view the entire address), I never get the OTP.
As there is no number I can phone from overseas (I live in the UK), only direct dial numbers which only work in SA.
THis is not any kind of customer service. Does FNB have no customers who travel overseas?
