I booked a ticket to Johannesburg departing from Durban on the 30/04/2013 at 1:30pm. I am extremely DISSATISFIED with the service rendered by the attendant. She had a really nasty attitude and back chatted to passengers. Speaking to the passengers like they are incompetent. I am utterly disgusted by her attitude.
Who does she think she is??? I am unsure of her name, but I am sure you have a register and be able to reprimand this smarty pants!!!
Greyhound, It has always been a pleasure traveling with your Coaches, But this experience has changed my opinion of your service.
