Kulula refuses to make a refund after taking money

After trying to make a booking and getting no ticket/ flight confirmation and Kulula took payment from my Credit card 7 May! I'm still waiting and getting no response from "Reservations Team leader" Sifiso.
Got proof of payment for 6 June but doesn't show on statement.
No communication at all! Just an out of office, other "please forward to" - no response...
What should I do, try and find their offices and go there personally!?
