Issues with the system

I asked to have a sim swop done on the 29th and they keep saying there is a problem with the system, today i went back the 30th and a man helped me and he called 8ta to find out why and they say that it has been logged to many times and they must clear it off the system and do it again.how long am i going to wait this time? two weeks? everyone says they will call me of let me know and no one does.i drive up and down to telkom wasting my time and i just get the same answer.the manager of paarl mall telkom is useless as he never helps of has any answers and the same for 8ta.im sick of always having to wait for 8ta to wake up and do something.do you know that a vodacom sim swop takes 3 hours to go through? am i goingto get the same reply:::
