I upgraded my contract on Sunday with MTN on a promotion that they are advertising. I checked to see if the contract was updated and when i phoned my Service Provider i was told that the store loaded my contract wrong and that i have to phone them. Getting a hold of Canal Walk store is a different ball game as no one picks up - surely it should be one company and i spend close to R2000 a month with them. Instead i am being overcharged at the moment due to them not loading information correctly and i will be one that will have to pay the price for their mistake. I expect better service instead of passing the buck and not sticking to advertised promotions
