Urgency of Services Not understood

I went into the Bridge telkom direct branch to pay my telephone and line bill. I also applied and requested an aditional telephone line with 4mbps dsl enabled on the line. I have noted in my application that I need this done within the next few days, as I am running a data intensive business where I do alot of database work and work with live telemetry data that comes in from electronic projects that I build for various industries such as the aviation industry, yes I am running it from home as it keeps alot of overheads down but also allows me to be there if my special needs child needs me or my wife. I need this sorted please all the other things are in place on my side.
